ORDERING:
You can order from Simon Says via PayPal, which we feel offers the customer the best protection. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks or money orders.
Customer satisfaction is guaranteed or we will happily refund your purchase (minus the cost of shipping) within the first 30 days of the date you place your order.
HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER:
1. Click the thumbnail of the shirt you would like to purchase.
2. Customize your shirt by choosing a color and size. Once complete, click the "ADD TO CART" button and your selection will be added to the cart.
3. Continue through the cart by entering your shipping details, choosing your payment method, verifying your details etc.
Prices are in EURO. Please consult your local bank if you need currency conversion details for other countries.
You may also sign up to become a Simon Says Member to make ordering easier in the future, to receive future "member's only" discounts and to be entered into a weekly "members only" t-shirt giveaway competition. HOW TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER (MODIFIY/CANCEL):
DEADLINE: 10PM GMT the day after you place your order. (Or the same day if your order was placed on a Sunday.) We will try to accommodate you as best we can.
If you want to cancel only part of your order, you will need to follow the return instructions that are enclosed in your package.
PROBLEMS ORDERING:

WHOLESALE ORDERS:
Simon Says T-shirts can only purchased online we do not offer wholesale purchasing or pricing. All of our slogans are original Simon Says designs. If you see any of them for purchase anywhere other than on our website, this is a case of bootlegging and is illegal. Feel free to contact us to let us know when this happens.
CUSTOM SHIRTS
We can not make custom shirts. We can not offer customized versions of our existing shirts.
PRODUCT INFORMATION:
COLORS, STYLES and SIZES
Simon Says t-shirts come in a variety colour and size combinations.
SHRINKAGE
All our shirts are made of 100% cotton. They may shrink about half a size when washed.
SHIRT SIZES and SPECS:
Our shirts are made from the highest quality cloth on the market.
All shirt Widths measured from under the arms (chest) while laid flat. All Lengths measured from bottom of shirt to the highest point of the shoulder.
These measurements are approximate and are accurate for the majority of the shirts we print and ship. The exact measurements can and do vary slightly.
